We debit the Customers Account at the time of placing an order.
Once your payment details have been processed, you will be contact via email or to confirm the order of your goods & Credit/Debit Card Payment.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
In the unfortunate case items are NOT IN STOCK you will be notified at this time of the expected delivery date of your goods, where you then have the option to cancel your order.
Right to Cancel:
You have the right to Cancel the Order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following Ways:
by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address.
You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
Exceptions to the right to cancel:
The supply of goods made to the customers specifications or clearly personnalised.
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. UNDER THE TERMS OF WARRANTY YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY FAULTY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO CheesyBugToys or the relevant supplier.
We will not be able to supply replacment packaging.
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive & look for any damage. It is noted on the carrier’s delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier’s delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to the equipment / packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS UNEXAMINED OR UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You must cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carriers delivery note. It is Very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages must be reported to CheesyBugToys within 48 hours of signing. Neither CheesyBugToys nor the carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. All damage and shortage claims must be filed with the carrier; therefore CheesyBugToys are subject to the Carriers terms and conditions. DELIVERIES
Most Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Whilst most items will be delivered within a couple of days, Please allow upto 14 days for items to be delivered.
If you require delivery by a certain date please contact us prior to placing an order.
Failed Deliveries
Where a failed delivery occurs we reserve the right to recharge the cost of delivery for re-delivery if that item has been returned to us by the courier company.
If the item is returned due to a failed delivery and the order is cancelled, the refund amount will be minus our delivery costs.
In the cases where items are booked in with the customer and they are returned due to a failed delivery, if the item is damaged the customer will be charged the cost price and the delivery charge Some items maybe dispatched 95% assembled to avoid damages in transit, which will mean some minor assembly will be required. For Bicycles we recommend this is done by a professional certified mechanic, should you need any assistant any bicycle shop will assemble it for you at a small charge.
Battery Toys are also dispatched 95% assembled, this assembly is straight forward and any competent person should be capable of assembling these.
WE ADVISE YOU TO KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN CASE YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO US. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING.

Guarantees
Many Items Carry Guarantees, where this is the case you may be asked to contact the Supplier if you have a problem with an item.
Battery Operated Ride On's and Electric Scooters have a 6 months manufacturer warranty, and most other items have a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless stated on the item page. Should you experience any problems during this period we will do our up most to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible with the least inconvenience to yourself.
All Guarantees exclude labour and transportation costs.
Please Keep All packaging for the life of your Guarantee as we cannot supply replacement packaging if an item is required to be collected for repair.
Faulty/Damaged Items
All damaged or faulty items other than that noted at delivery must be reported within 7 days of its arrival. BCE products must be reported within 48 hrs of their arrival
We are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for reports of damage after this period.
We recommend that items are checked thoroughly upon their arrival regardless of when they are required.
Where items are discovered to be faulty and the part is replaceable we will issue a replacement part.
Where an Item has a Manufacturer Warranty Please Initially Contact the Manufacturer Helpline on the Number provided in the Manual, they will then talk thru the problem and give advise on how to solve the issue or send spare parts if required.
Unwanted Items
Right of Retraction - Satisfied or your money back
CheesyBugToys allows you 7 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with.
Your right of retraction starts from the day after your order is delivered.
Please Contact for a Returns Code Prior to Returning.
You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, Preferably accompanied by your invoice.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
All Return Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Radio Controlled Items By purchasing from CheesyBugToys you are entering into a legally binding contract and the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 3 month warranty. If you require details on how to check your model before use please ask us.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear.
3. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio; please contact us before returning for details.
4. These models are NOT TOYS. If you have no experience with nitro models you will need to do some research on how to tune and set your engine and also how to check it before use. We will offer advice and help to newcomers as much as possible but are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, from customers who are unable to adjust their models or from customers who have not fully checked their models before use.
5. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you. Testing is done by our supplier
6. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photo's used on this website are are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.
7. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can often occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase. When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be retuned to us for examination. You will be notified by email if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final. 8 . The UK law is the applicable law
