We debit the Customers Account at the time of placing an order.
Once your payment details have been processed, you will be contacted via email or to confirm the order of your goods & Credit/Debit Card Payment.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.Â
In the unfortunate case items are NOT IN STOCK you will be notified of the expected delivery date of your goods,
where you then have the option to cancel your order.
Right to Cancel:
You have the right to Cancel the Order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following Ways:
by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address.
You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
Exceptions to the right to cancel:
The supply of goods made to the customers specifications or clearly personalised.
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. UNDER THE TERMS OF WARRANTY YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY FAULTY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO CheesyBugToys or the relevant supplier.
We will not be able to supply replacement packaging.
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive & look for any damage.
It is noted on the carrierâ€s delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive.
If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrierâ€s delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature.
Damage to the equipment / packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature.
THE WORDS UNEXAMINED OR UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You must cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carriers delivery note. It is Very important to check your order.
A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages must be reported to CheesyBugToys within 48 hours of signing.
Neither CheesyBugToys nor the carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your delivery note.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.
All damage and shortage claims must be filed with the carrier; therefore CheesyBugToys are subject to the Carriers terms and conditions.

DELIVERIES
Most Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
FREE Delivery is generally 3-5 working days once dispatched
Whilst most items will be delivered within a couple of days, Please allow up to 14 days for items to be delivered.
If you require delivery by a certain date please contact us prior to placing an order. .
All Deliveries are Monday to Friday
PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry but we can not refund Express or Next Day Delivery Charges if the delivery is delayed due to bad weather
Failed Deliveries
Where a failed delivery occurs we reserve the right to recharge the cost of delivery for re-delivery if that item has been returned to us by the courier company.
If the item is returned due to a failed delivery and the order is cancelled, the refund amount will be minus our delivery costs.
In the cases where items are booked in with the customer and they are returned due to a failed delivery, if the item is damaged the customer will be charged the cost price and the delivery charge
WE ADVISE YOU TO KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN CASE YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO US. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING.

Guarantees
Many Items Carry Guarantees, where this is the case you may be asked to contact the Supplier if you have a problem with an item.
Battery Operated Ride On's and Electric Scooters have a 6 months manufacturer warranty, and most other items have a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless stated on the item page. Should you experience any problems during this period we will do our upmost to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible with the least inconvenience to yourself.
All Guarantees exclude labour and transportation costs.
Please Keep All packaging for the life of your Guarantee as we cannot supply replacement packaging if an item is required to be collected for repair.
Faulty/Damaged Items
All damaged or faulty items other than that noted at delivery must be reported within 7days of its arrival.
BCE products must be reported within 48hrs of their arrival
We are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for reports of damage after this period.
We recommend that items are checked thoroughly upon their arrival regardless of when they are required.
Some items maybe dispatched 95% assembled to avoid damages in transit, which will mean some minor assembly will be required.
For Bicycles we recommend this is done by a professional certified mechanic, should you need any assistant any bicycle shop will assemble it for you at a small charge.
Battery Toys are also dispatched 95% assembled, this assembly is straight forward and any competent person should be capable of assembling these.
Where possible when reporting damage please include a photo, this will help us identify the problem and part required
If this is not supplied when reported it may be requested at a later date.
Where items are discovered to be faulty and the part is replaceable we will issue a replacement part.
Where an Item has a Manufacturer Warranty Please Initially Contact the Manufacturer Helpline on the Number provided in the Manual, they will then talk thru the problem and give advise on how to solve the issue or send spare parts if required.
Where Possible Replacement Parts will be sent, only when it is not possible to replace a part, will an items be Exchanged or Refunded.
All Return Shipping fees remain the customers responsibility.
Unwanted Items
Right of Retraction - Satisfied or your money back
CheesyBugToys allows you 30 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the day after your order is delivered.
You can return the product within this time period using the Freepost label or at your own expense, Accompanied by your invoice.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON ANY OUTER PACKAGING
All Excess Return Shipping fees remain the customers responsibility.
