Delivery
Once you have placed your order with us trampolines and enclosures are dispatched within one working day of payment being received. Unless your item is indicated as a pre-order.
All are items are shipped direct from the manufacturers and as such each company will use a different courier.
Estimated times for delivery are approx. 3-5 working days
We will always require a contact telephone number so that the courier companies can arrange a suitable time to deliver your item
Free Delivery is applicable to most UK Mainland
For the following postcodes please contact 01206 867239 to place your order as they will incur a delivery surcharge: AB, DD, PA, PH, IV, DD, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE
Please Note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by Couriers.
Failed deliveries where the item is returned to our warehouse will charged to the customer at the standard delivery charge set by the courier. This will either need to be paid to arrange a redelivery or the order canceled and the moneys withheld to cover costs.
